All GMS Middle School students are welcome to participate in the Athletics program. (6th, 7th, and 8th level.) They are invited to participate on a co-ed intermural team with the Independent School League that competes with other area independent schools in a variety of sports over the course of the school year. 5th level students are also invited to participate in Cross Country. The athletics program is supported by the Physical Education classes.
All students in Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary, and Middle School have weekly Physical Education classes in the gym or on the school’s athletic’s field.
The Independent School League competes in cross-country, volleyball, basketball, flag football and soccer. GO PANTHERS!

Congratulations to the 2015-16 GMS Panthers on Winning the Independent School League Commissioner’s Cup for 3 years in a row! The Panthers culminated an outstanding season by winning Basketball, Volleyball and Cross Country this year and finishing strong in Soccer and Flag Football. The Panthers, led by Coach Jonathan McLean, displayed excellent teamwork, consistency, and most importantly, outstanding sportsmanship all season.
