Your GMS Calendar, All in One Place

To provide families with a more connected, personalized, and secure experience, our interactive calendar is now available exclusively through your Blackbaud Parent Account at gms.myschoolapp.com. By bringing the calendar into Blackbaud, families have one secure place to access school events, announcements, schedules, forms, and other important resources throughout the school year.

We encourage all families to make Blackbaud Parent Account your first stop for staying connected to life at GMS.

Sync the GMS Calendar with Your Personal Calendar

Families can subscribe to their GMS calendar through Blackbaud Parent Account and view school events alongside their personal calendar on a computer, phone, or tablet.

Log in to you Blackbaud Parent Account at gms.myschoolapp.com.
Click Calendar in the top navigation.
Click the RSS/WebCal icon in the upper-right corner of the calendar.
Scroll to the bottom to School Calendars and expand the Individual Filter Feeds.
- Click the "Settings" cog next to each feed to select which feed(s) you want to sync from within each category. Note for the Academic Calendar, there are four feeds:
  - Academic Calendar is the standard school calendar.
  - All-Day Toddler is the calendar specific to the All-Day Toddler classroom.
  - All-Inclusive CASA notes days CASA is available when classrooms are closed.
  - Summer Camp is the standard calendar for All-Inclusive Summer Camp.
- Once you've checked all your desired feeds, click the associated link to sync the calendar.
