Generally, drop-off and pick-up procedures mirror those for a regular school day except that CASA closes at 2 p.m. on All-Inclusive CASA days. Per usual, if you would like to pick up your child early – before 1:45 p.m. – please call ahead so we can make sure they are ready to meet you. Drop Off

Pods open at 7:30 a.m. for families who need early morning care. We will host a Morning Car Line from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Administrative team members will be on hand to greet your child and escort them to class. If you have children in both Primary and another division, please use both car lines to drop them off in their respective locations.

• Primary | Primary CASA Car Line is directly in front of the Lower Elementary classrooms. When you enter campus, turn left at the stop sign, pull up slowly to the drive directly in front of our building, and park in front of the Lower Elementary classrooms (last doors on the right) to let your child out of the car. We will greet you and escort your child to class.
• Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary, and Junior High | CASA Car Lines will be in the cul-de-sac by the Upper School. When you enter campus, turn right at the stop sign, follow the drive toward the Upper School, round the cul-de-sac, and park by the side Gym doors to let your child out of the car. We will greet you and escort your child to class.

Pick Up

We will host an Afternoon Car Line from 1:45 p.m. to 2 p.m. If you have children in both Primary and another division, please use both car lines to pick them up from their respective locations.

• Primary | Primary CASA Car Line is directly in front of the Lower Elementary classrooms. When you enter campus, turn left at the stop sign, pull up slowly to the drive directly in front of our building, and park in front of the Lower Elementary classrooms (last doors on the right), where we will individually walk your child to the car.
• Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary, and Junior High | CASA Car Lines will be in the cul-de-sac by the Upper School. When you enter campus, turn right at the stop sign, follow the drive toward the Upper School, round the cul-de-sac, and park by the side Gym doors, where your child will meet you at your car.

If you arrive before 1:45 p.m., call the Office at 336-668-0119 to let us know you are on your way. This gives us ample time to retrieve your child from their outdoor play location, escort them to the classroom, and help them gather their belongings. If you are unable to call in advance, please stop by the Office to let us know you have arrived. The Office will radio the CASA faculty, who will meet you with your child at a specified pickup location.their usual CASA pick-up locations.
