Families agree to pay all tuition and fees, in full, for each entire academic year, pursuant to the terms of their Enrollment Agreement. All families are required to use Blackbaud Tuition Management to make their tuition payments. Please select one of the three tuition payment plans provided in the following section. Customized payment options are prepared for new families who join in the middle of a school year or after June 1 preceding the upcoming school year.

We offer three Payment Plans for tuition:

  • Plan A | One Annual Payment
    • Payment in full is due in June preceding the upcoming school year.
    • If full payment is received in June, no finance charge will be applied and participation in the Tuition Refund Plan (“TRP”) is optional. (Greensboro Montessori School strongly recommends participation in TRP; if you choose to forgo this service, please complete and submit the Waiver of Insurance for Payment Plan A.)
    • If full payment is not received in June, the School will automatically convert your election to Plan C; impose the applicable finance charge; require participation in TRP; and automatically charge the applicable TRP premium per applicable student(s).
  • Plan B | Four (4) Quarterly Payments
    • Payment is due in four (4) payments in June, September, December, and March.
    • Families electing Plan B for any student are subject to an annual finance charge per family (currently $50).
    • Families electing Plan B for any student are required to participate in the Tuition Refund Plan and pay the annual premium for the student(s) whose tuition is being paid under Plan B.
    • If quarterly payments are not made by their due dates, the School will automatically convert your election to Plan C and charge the difference between Plan C’s and Plan B’s respective finance charges (currently $100).
  • Plan C | Twelve (12) Monthly Payments
    • Payment is dues in twelve (12) monthly payments beginning in June and continuing through May.
    • Families electing Plan C for any student are subject to an annual finance charge per family (currently $150).
    • Families electing Plan C for any student are required to participate in the Tuition Refund Plan and pay the annual premium for the student(s) whose tuition is being paid under Plan C.
